What is the Best Way to Reheat Leftover Prime Rib?

The key to keeping leftover prime rib moist and flavorful is to reheat it in a low oven. We recommend about 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 300°F.

Note that the time to reheat the meat will vary based on the size and the weight. To ensure it’s properly warmed through, use an instant-read thermometer to check. As per the USDA,reheated leftover meat should reach an internal temperature of 160°F before eating.
